Note From the Fund Manager
While this fund's strategy does come with risk, it will be my responsibility to see that such risk exposure is minimized and that returns are actualized every year. I shall do this to the best of my ability. My primary incentive structure will be tied to the fund's success and the performance fees will only be extracted if the algorithm both generates returns and beats the risk free hurdle. We will not extract performance fees if the algorithm underperforms.
