Note From the Fund Manager
While this fund's strategy does come with risk, it will be my sole responsibility to see that such risk exposure is minimized and that returns are actualized every year. My primary incentive structure will be tied to the fund's success and the performance fees will only be taken if the algorithm both generates returns and if it beats the market. We will not extract performance fees if the algorithm loses money or if it underperforms.
